Order Processing and Delivery Times: 

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

ELA AHE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship within US. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
